1. Who we are
Perdoo GmbH (Skalitzer Straße 85/86, 10997 Berlin, Germany) is the controller of personal data collected via our website. For data you put inside the product, you are the controller and Perdoo is the processor — see our Data Processing Agreement.
2. What we collect
- Account data — name, work email, role, company, password hash.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, IP, device, browser.
- Customer Data — anything you put into Perdoo (goals, comments, files).
- Communications — emails and chats you send to our team.
3. How we use it
To deliver and improve the Service, secure our platform, support you, bill paid plans, and meet legal obligations. We never sell personal data.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Performance of contract, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (for optional marketing), and legal obligation.
5. Where data is stored
Customer Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). A small number of sub-processors operate outside the EU under EU Standard Contractual Clauses — see the sub-processor list in our Data Processing Agreement.
6. How long we keep it
Account & Customer Data is kept for the life of your account and deleted from production systems within 30 days of termination. Backups are rotated within 90 days.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email privacy@perdoo.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
